Trying out for a basketball club or just looking to enhance your skills? This workout is for you!
Group workouts will target skill development for individual players, with a focus on enhancing both individual and team performance. Emphasis will be placed on key skills such as ball handling, shooting, defense, passing, and rebounding, while also addressing intangible aspects like setting screens and effective off-ball movement. The workouts, tailored to each player’s skill level, aim to create a balanced and well-rounded player and teammate.
Basketballs will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring their own basketball if they would like. Proper athletic attire, including basketball shoes, is recommended, and bring a water bottle!
All boys and girls in grades 4-9 are welcome!
