Group workouts will target skill development for individual players, with a focus on enhancing both individual and team performance. Emphasis will be placed on key skills such as ball handling, shooting, defense, passing, and rebounding, while also addressing intangible aspects like setting screens and effective off-ball movement. The workouts, tailored to each player’s skill level, aim to create a balanced and well-rounded player and teammate.
Sessions will be held at Power Sports Courts from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Basketballs will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring their own basketball if they would like. Proper athletic attire, including basketball shoes, is recommended, and bring a water bottle! We have a filler station on-site.
Grades 4-10 boys and girls are welcome!
